Instructions

First Time Users:
  1. If this is the first time you have used this FTP upload function you will need to call your sales rep, receive a Client ID and have it activated.

  2. Most people already have JAVA installed and running on their computer, but if you do not, you will be automatically directed to the JAVA web site where you can download and install JAVA.

  3. Also, if you are a first time user you will be asked to accept a JAVA applet which will power this application. You should ACCEPT the certificate when asked.
